How can I get my order?
- USPS and UPS Shipping to all 50 states. Shipped orders placed by 10am Mon-Fri ship the same day and all orders ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Free same-day pickup both Roger Rd and Park Place Mall locations
- Local Same-Day Delivery in the Tucson area (15-mile radius from location you're shopping)

How late can I order and still get my order same day?
Orders must be placed 2-hours before the closing time listed on the location's page. Orders placed less than 2-hours after store closing may not be available for pickup or delivery until the next operating day (see store hours by clicking View availability of Stores link on the upper right hand corner)
Where is same-day delivery available?
Delivery is limited to a 15-mile radius from the location you are placing the order with. (see store locations by clicking View availability of Stores link in the upper right hand corner). This covers nearly all of Metro Tucson. Out of the delivery area? You can still get your items same-day with Free Pickup In-Store.
Do I need to be home for same-day delivery?
You do not need to be home for same-day delivery. On the order checkout page, you will be asked if the driver should leave your order at the door or send the order back to the store in the event you are not there to accept it. Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made and orders are considered received according to your instructions on the order checkout page.
