How can I get my order?
- USPS and UPS Shipping to all 50 states. Shipped orders placed by 10am MST Mon-Fri ship the same day and all orders ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All paid shipping methods include a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order ships.
- Free same-day pickup available at our Main Campus Adoptions Lobby at 635 W Roger Rd; Tucson, AZ 85705. Please check their hours here: https://hssaz.org/locations/
Orders not picked up within 30-days of the order date will be considered a donation to the shelter and will not be refunded.
